The following activities are prohibited on Motoco:

• Publishing false or misleading listings
• Posting duplicate listings (spam)
• Offering stolen vehicles or vehicles from illegal sources
• Harassing other users or violating their privacy

Motoco is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for transactions between users. We recommend exercising caution when conducting transactions and personally inspecting vehicles before purchase. Any disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties.
